No otPokémon, um Depot é um armazém temático para Pokébolas, inspirado em Pokémon específicos e, às vezes, com efeitos especiais. Todos os Depots compartilham os mesmos itens armazenados, facilitando o acesso e a gestão dos seus Pokémon. Diferente dos depots padrões disponíveis nos Centros Pokémon, esses depots só podem ser acessados dentro de casas, mas qualquer jogador pode usá-los, independentemente de ser o dono da casa. Para colocar um Depot em uma casa, basta clicar com o botão direito na caixa do Depot e selecionar a opção "Usar" e depois clicar sobre o piso de uma casa. Para retirar o Depot da casa, use a opção "Embrulhar" diretamente no Depot.
